Return & Exchange Policy

Every garment at Viraasat Vogue is intricately hand-embroidered by traditional artisans, making each piece unique. Because of the delicate, artisanal nature of our products, we follow a structured return and exchange policy:

* Damaged/Defective Goods: In the rare event that your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp, along with an unboxing video and images of the defect. We will issue a replacement or a full refund upon verification.

* Size Exchanges: We accept size exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, has all original tags attached, and is in its original packaging. Reverse shipping charges for size exchanges will be borne by the customer.

* Non-Returnable Items: Customized outfits or items purchased during a clearance sale are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
